John Frederick Toomey

John Toomey, 94 years, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15th at Peterborough Regional Health Centre surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Carol, daughter, Stephanie and son, James (Lori), grandchildren, Tyler, Athena, Taylor and Johnny. Predeceased by his parents, John Toomey and Cecilia (Sigurdson), sister, Joannie and brother, Leonard (Pat). John was very proud of his family and spread his love every chance he had. He was a Viking warrior when it came to survival. You’ll always be in our thoughts, and we’ll miss you terribly.
