Wayne passed away peacefully in his sleep at PRHC in Palliative Care on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, just two days prior to his 78th birthday. Beloved husband of Elaine Ralph. Cherished brother of Beverly O’Brien (the late Carl), Jim (Shirley) and Gail Nihill (Bob). Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews. Dear brother-in-law of Yvonne Mahoney (Jim). Predeceased by his parents Edward and Eva (nee Clysdale) Carlow, and brother Paul. Wayne was a long-time resident of Douro, and recently of Peterborough. He was an active member of the Knight’s of Columbus, Douro branch. Wayne will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him, as well by "Callie" the cat. In keeping with Wayne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, Douro, on Saturday, November 30th, 2024 at 11:00 A.M., with visitation for 1 hour prior. followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery and a light luncheon in the Parish Hall.
