WHITE, Mr. Lorne Terry (Long-time employee of General Electric)

Suddenly with his family by his side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Friday, October 1, 2021, in his 67th year.  Husband of Sue (nee Foster).  Loving father of Lisa Messervey (Tyson), Sara White (Mary Bukacz) and Amy Newmaster (Chris).  Cherished grandfather of Paige, Zach, Andreana, Amonica, Zack, Jordyn, Bradyn, Riley, Lilly and Chloe and great grandfather of Zoey and Hunter.  Lorne was predeceased by his parents Russell and Olive, as well as his brothers Edward and Ron.  Lorne will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and all who knew him. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Intensive Care Unit for the amazing care they provided.  Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 6:00-9:00 PM.  Covid19 restrictions are in place and face coverings are mandatory.  Private family Celebration of Life due to restrictions.  In memory of Lorne, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society or Peterborough Ice Kats Association would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
