ARELLANO, Lucia (nee Limun): Passed away peacefully at Hospice Peterborough with her family by her side on Monday, February 16, 2026. Lucia, beloved wife of the late Romulo Arellano. Loving and devoted mother of Lily Cavanagh (Bill, predeceased), and Ema Ramus (Bob). Cherished Grandmother of Maria Jusette (Glenn), and Ma Rusette, and Great Grandmother of Vincent Jusette. Visitation at Highland Park Funeral Centre on Saturday, February 21st  from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Lucia will then return home to be buried in the Philippines with her beloved husband.
