CHRISTIE, Margaret Anne (Long Time Employee of Rona): Peacefully with her daughter Cathy by her side at St. Joseph’s at Fleming on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in her 77th year. Anne, beloved wife of the late Don Christie. Loving and devoted mother of Cathy Christie, Michael (Michelle), and Barbara Barrons. Cherished Gram of Kayla Wrightly and Kyle Wrightly , Reanna Christie, Cody and Tyler Barrons, and Great Gram of Abigail and Blaine Barrons. Predeceased by her brother Jim Smith and her son-in-law Blaine Barrons. Dear sister-in-law of Helen McMahon (Ernie), Vince Christie (Diane), Joan Crowley (Bill, predeceased), Anne Chase (Doug, predeceased), Marie Snetsinger (Don), Bernard (Charlie) Christie (Predeceased), Mamie Jackson (Paul), and Kathy Christie (Frank, predeceased). Remembered lovingly by many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Joseph Smith and Loretta Lynch. Visitation at the HIGLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. A Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Hastings on Monday January 10th with interment to follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
