It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of  our dear brother, Marty, peacefully at home on Friday, December 13, 2024 in his 58th year.  Beloved son of the late William Hayes and the late Denise (nee Burden).  Loving brother of the late Ann Spencer (Randy), Michael Hayes (Leslie), Brian Hayes (Mary), Mark Hayes (Renate), Stephen Hayes, Mary Beth Madill (Ray), Diane Russelle (Steve) and Kerry Hayes (Eric). Marty will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Marty was a kind and gentle soul with a passion for biking, hiking, cooking, music, camping, and a deep love of animals. His warm smile will be missed by his family and friends. All are welcome to join in a  Celebration of Marty`s Life held at the KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS HALL, 317 Hunter Street Peterborough, on Saturday January 4, 2025.
