Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre with his family by his side on Monday, March 16, 2026 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 23 years to Debra Watkin. Loving father of René Martinát and his wife Susan, Peter Bohac, Mary-Ann Bohac and step father to Kelly Garvey, Dan Garvey (Michelle), Sarah Garvey, David Garvey (Yvonne) and Katie Garvey (Mike Miller). Grandfather of Amber, Seany, Nia, Alex, Erin, Natalie, Edwin, Liliana and Evan. Dear brother of Alena Sumavska (Merick) and Jan Bohac. Predeceased by his siblings Zdena, Eva, Vladimir and Jana. In accordance with Milan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service held at a later date. In memory of Milan and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Camp Northern Lights or the Special Olympics would be appreciated by the family.
