CONWAY, Nadine Anne (nee Parsons)

Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday October 27th, 2023 in her 83rd year. Nadine was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Bob (2020). Nadine was a devoted and loving Mom to Lynne MacMillan and her husband Mark, and Jeff and his wife Karen. Cherished Grandmother of Kirsten Mahant (Steve), Brent MacMillan, Benjamin Conway (Shannon), Joshua Conway and Emily Conway. Nadine was the daughter of the late Fred and Helen Parsons (nee Andrus) and daughter-in-law of the late Harold and Florence Conway (nee Mitchell). Sister-in law of the late James Conway (Pat) and loving aunt of Dan, Greg and the late Steve Conway.

Nadine enjoyed darts, crafts, playing cards and many other activities at Mapleridge Recreation Center in Peterborough. Recently, Nadine moved to Port Hope and enjoyed apartment life at Northumberland Place where she made many new friends and enjoyed organizing activities, participating in events and visiting with the other residents.

Visitation will take place at Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, Ontario on Sunday, November 5th, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00.  There will be a reception afterward with an opportunity to remember Nadine together.  Interment will take place at a later date.
