Nancy Ann (Williams) Prouty

PROUTY, Nancy:  It is with heavy hearts that Nancy's family shares the news of her peaceful passing on Sept 25/25 at PRHC in her 71st year. Nancy Prouty (Williams) is lovingly remembered by her husband Carlton Prouty the love of her life for over 52 years, her children Christina Adamson (Curt Adamson), John Prouty (Jen Cowey). Nancy was a loving sister, aunt, great aunt, godmother, friend, and grandma to her fur grandbabies (Rosie, Shelby and Al). Nancy was a fierce protector and caregiver of her family. Everyone was welcome at Nancy's table and once you took your seat, you became a part of her extended family. Nancy's love for hosting family functions,  pets, baking, pickling and storytelling will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers or donations the family asks you to please take a moment to hug or kiss your partner, child, family, friend, or fur baby as time waits for no one. Xo
As per Nancy's wishes cremation has taken place.  Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nancy's life at the Knights of Columbus Doyle Hall at 317 Hunter St W, Peterborough, ON, on Sunday November 2/25 from 1pm to 4pm.
