Patricia Ann (Hilton) Underhill

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at the Springdale Country Manor.  Patricia (Pat) was pre-deceased by her loving husband, Allan (2022) and the proud Mother of Lynda Forbes (Jim), late Nancy Comartin (Jim), Karen Clarke (Tom) and Carolyn Jobbitt (Jim).  Cherished Grandma of Sarah McDowell (Rylan), Matthew Comartin (Alicia McGovarin), Jessica Jobbitt (Cameron Palmer), Allan Clarke, Michelle Jobbitt (Cyle Peel) and Brad Clarke.  Great-Grandma to Reean McDowell and Brady Palmer.  Pat was pre-deceased by her parents, Dorothy and Ted Hilton and her brother, Bruce and survived by her sisters, Jean Petterson and Ruth Anderson (Ron) and her cousin-like-a-sister, Eleanor Lacey.  Pat was a long-time employee of the Peterborough Clinic, a member of the Westdale United Church and avid volunteer with many community groups.  Pat will be remembered by all that knew her as a kind, thoughtful, generous and giving person.  She could be found making endless crafts, knitting, crocheting, sewing, and making preserves and baked goods or simply reading a good book.  Pat will be greatly missed by her family, her many nieces and nephews and by all who knew her.  Family and friends will be received at Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm in the Highland Park Funeral Chapel.  In memory of Pat, donations to Westdale United Church, The Alzheimer's Society, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences can be made at https://www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com/
