COLLINS, Patricia Anne (nee Hayes) (Retired Registered Nurse and volunteer for many community organizations)

After a brief illness at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, August 16, 2026 in her 76th year. Patricia will be greatly missed by her husband of 50 years Paul Collins and their Children Mary-Teresa (Steve Smelt) Douglas (Sarah), her Grandchildren Paige (Max), Landon, Tori, Michael, Zachary and her great -grandchildren Theo and Briar. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, friends and the extended Kidd Family. Sister-in-law of Maurice Gallagher (Kathy), Pat Collins (Leo) and Joan Collins (Carl). Predeceased by parents William John Hayes and Mary Cecelia (nee Grisdale) her brother Wayne Joseph, Sister Kathy Gallagher and her in-laws Joe (Marg) Collins, Bill (Barb) Collins, Carl Collıns, Leo Collins, and Bobby Collins and Marie Collins.  Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 11:00-12:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will follow at ST. ANNE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH 859 Barnardo Ave. Peterborough at 1:00 PM.  Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations Peterborough Regional Health Centre or Toronto General Hospital Transplant Unit would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
