CREMERS, Paul – Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 28^th, 2021 at Mount Sinai Hospital in his 71^st year. Cherished husband of Connie (nee Bradley). Beloved father of Tammy McCabe (Todd), Jamie Cremers and Dana Lyn Horn (Graeme). Opa will be sadly missed by Charity, Dylan, Jayson, Lillian, Camden, Brady and Lochlyn and by his great-grandchildren Hudson, Elliot and Oliver. Dear brother of Ed (Cathy), Yvonne Weaver (Don), Audrey Cruikshank (Dean), Peter (Darlene) and the late Rick (Sherie). A private family graveside service was held at Highland Park Cemetery.
