Philip Birmingham Obituary

BIRMINGHAM, Philip: With overwhelming sadness we announce the passing of Philip on 23rd April 2021 at PRHC, age 66. Loving husband and father to wife Debbie and sons Dean and Paul. Greatly missed by sisters Susan Lundie (Tom), Shelagh Gaffney (Peter), brother Gerard Birmingham (Carol), and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Philip endured several medical issues in recent years and faced them all without complaint. He showed tremendous courage and stayed strong until the end. Philip will be remembered by so many for his humour, quick wit, compassion, love of hockey, and giving sound advice. He will live on in our hearts and memory forever. In his own words “I’ve reached the end of the runway. I have to take off and soar”. Special thanks to Dr. M. Robinson, Dr. C. Matheson, and Dr. W. Hughes.
