Reita (MacTavish) Davis

DAVIS, Reita (MacTavish)
May 13th, 1941 - March 15th, 2024

It is with profound sadness and much love that we say goodbye and announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother and sister Reita Davis or as most knew her Nan. Who passed away suddenly on Friday March 15th, 2024 in her 83rd year at PRHC surrounded by her friends and family. She was the beloved partner to the late Richard Ouimet and predeceased by her late husband Donald Davis. Loving mother of Kevin (Brenda), Randy (Sherry), Sylvia (Darcy) Manley and, Brent (Kim) Davis. Cherished grandmother to 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.  Beloved sister to John (Janie) MacTavish, Verla Serson, Vada Brown and pre deceased Betty Knapp. 
In accordance with Reita's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life held in Millbrook at the Legion on April ​7th, 2024 from ​1:00-4:00pm
Reita lived a life worth celebrating. She enjoyed spending time with all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and even great great grandchildren. Not a day went by where she didn't spend time with one or more of them and talk about how much each and everyone of them meant to her – her family was absolutely her most important achievement in life. Reita was a maker of friends and had too many to even count, she loved everyone she met. She will be truly missed.
