Rhonda Christine (McDonald) Campbell

CAMPBELL, Rhonda Christine (nee McDonald), RN BScN CTMHN CFNA, and Expert Witness for the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services - Christine tragically passed away on Friday, May 25th, 2018 in her 49th year. Christine: Beloved wife of John “O.J” Campbell; Devoted mother of Merron Curtis and Jayden McDonald-Whyte and step-mother of Brittany Campbell (Zach) and Chelsea Campbell; Loving Nana of Owen and Gavin; Cherished daughter of Nancy Cator and William “Tom” McDonald (Cindy); Adored step-sister of Mindy Vassion and Katie Hunter. Predeceased by her sister Andrea McDonald and nephews Leland and Daniel. Christine will be lovingly remembered by her very special friend Michelle Hanrahan Saunders and her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sadly missed by all of her friends and co-workers at Central East Correctional Centre and the Lindsay OPP OTU. Christine was passionate in furthering her education, especially in the nursing field and was pursuing her Master’s Degree. She touched many lives with her mental health work. Our comfort is in knowing she had a full, exciting life and was fearless, brave, adventurous and selfless – As reflected in her recent Humanitarian Mission in Honduras. In keeping with Christine’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Christine’s life at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, on Friday, June 1st, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Highland Park Reception Centre.
