CARTER, Robert John – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, November 19^th, 2022 at Hospice Peterborough in his 86^th year. Beloved husband of Isabella (nee Nelson). Cherished father of Steven (Helen), Lisa Connors (Pat) and Cindy Wright (John). Grandpa will be sadly missed by Katelyn (Xavier), Skyler (Blake), Michele (Robin), Allie and Julia. Dear brother of Donald “Fraser” Carter (Rose). Private family arrangements entrusted to HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE.
