Suddenly at his residence on Sunday, March 19, 2023, 5 days before his 81st birthday.  Beloved husband of the late Jane (nee Hickey) (March 8, 2015).  Loving father of Tracey Livingstone, Robin Masterson and husband Mark and the late Kelly.  Cherished Pops of Brittany (Daniel Turner), Ross, James and Zak and great grandfather of Wade and Reid.  Brother of Patsy Stattery.  Brother-in-law of John Hickey and his wife Marrilyn, Peter Hickey and his wife Colleen, Michael Hickey and his wife Kay, Gary Hickey and Linda Hickey. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James Livingstone and Muriel (nee Symons), his brother Doug Livingstone, and his brother and sisters-in-law Anne Marie Hickey, Jim Hickey and Ruth and Wink Heffernan.  Bob was involved in the community, by volunteering for 30 years Coaching and Managing hockey and softball at Sacred Heart Church (1963-1991), 30 years as an executive member of the Peterborough Church Hockey League, 40 year volunteer with the Liftlock Atom Hockey Tournament, Former Chairman of the Board of Parks and Recreation (13 years), former President of the Ontario Municipal Recreation Association (OMRA), Coach of Ontario Amateur Softball Association (OASA coaching Midget to the Junior levels, and winning a Championship in 1982 coaching AAA Hockey.  Bob was a former 20 year employee of Evinrude Centre.  He was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins and New York Yankees (he “Bled Yankee Blue””).  Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be held at SACRED HEART ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 208 Romaine Street Peterborough, on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10:30 AM.  Interment Highland Park Cemetery.  Reception and Eulogies will follow in the Highland Park Reception Centre.  In memory of Bob, donations to Hospice Peterborough would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
