Robert 'Bob' Joseph McMahon

MCMAHON, Robert Joseph ‘Bob’ (Retired Canada Post): Peacefully after a brief illness at Kingston General Hospital with family by his side on Saturday, August 22, 2026 in his 83rd year. Bob, beloved husband of 55 years to Catherine (nee Fitzgerald). Loving and devoted father of Mark (Marnie), and Carrie Grant (James). Cherished Grandpa of Cameron, and Kylie Grant, and sadly missed by Mark’s God Daughter Lylah Taylor. Dear brother of Ann Ryan (Bill, predeceased), Eugene McMahon (Trish Fitzgerald), Bill McMahon (Kay), Theresa Burnett (Al), and the late Maurice McMahon. Dear brother-in-law of Terry Fitzgerald (Marlene), Mary McKeiver (Carl), Ann Welsh (Wayne, predeceased), Paul Fitzgerald, the late Bob Fitzgerald (Irma), and the late Kenny Fitzgerald. Remembered lovingly by several nieces and nephews. Son of the late Dennis McMahon and Madeline McMahon (nee Reynolds). Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob’s visitation at Highland Park Funeral Centre on Friday, August 28st from 6:00 to 8:00pm.  Funeral Mass in St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday, August 29th at 12:00pm. Interment Highland Park Cemetery followed by a light luncheon in the Highland Park Reception Centre.
