Roy Alwyn Reason passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Born in Chingford, England, he immigrated to Canada on November 1, 1965. He was a deeply loved father, Poppa, and the heart of his family. Roy was a man of great kindness, quiet strength, and endless love. He saw the good in everyone and approached others with understanding and compassion. He gave freely of himself and would do anything for the people he loved. His steady presence, generous heart, and devotion to his family helped shape the lives of his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter in countless ways. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Jeff, Jeremy, and Jenn; his grandchildren Alex, Jess, Joshua, Abeigh, Nic, Jake, Ethan, and Haylee; and his great-granddaughter Sophia. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always carried in the hearts of those who knew him.
Visitation will commence in the HIGHLAND PARK VISITATION SUITE from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026. A funeral service will take place in the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL at 11 a.m. There will be a private family interment at Little Lake Cemetery following the service with a reception in the HIGHLAND PARK RECEPTION CENTRE following the interment.
