Stanley George Albert Dainard

Dainard Stanley George Albert, 83, of Peterborough, passed on January 17, 2026, at Peterborough Regional Health Center. Stanley was born on August 28, 1942 in Peterborough, to the late Garnet and Clara. He was a retired construction contractor.
Stanley is survived by his son Jim (Maite), his daughter Sarah Foster (Jamie), granddaughters Mara & Lainey, and partner, Linda Porter. He was a dear brother to Walter (Carole) from Oakville and to sister Mary Stephenson (David) of Peterborough and uncle to nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings John, Anne and Margaret.
A private family ceremony will be held in the spring at Little Lake Cemetery. Donations can be made to Mapleridge Recreation Center in his memory. He will be missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
