Veronica "Vera" Elizabeth (Main) Fitzpatrick

With broken hearts, the family of Vera Fitzpatrick announces her passing on January 20, 2021 at Hillsdale Estates, Oshawa in her 94th year.  Loving wife of Thomas Fitzpatrick (deceased December 30, 2011). Beloved mom to Blake (Deborah), Kim McConnell (Michael) and Craig (Karla).  Beloved grandma to Abbey, Skyler, Jessie, Allison, Emily, Evan and Sarah.  Great grandma to Everest and Oslo. Dear sister to Marion Gray and Allison Carlyle Main. 

Vera will be remembered for her sweet nature, her gentle way and her kindness to others. Vera loved being with her family and she was loved in return. She had many friends during her long life and was particularly close to her sister Marion. Vera nurtured life-long friendships in Scarborough, Peterborough and Oshawa where she lived and on Golden Pond, her special place in Hillsdale Estates. If we are at our best when we are loved, Vera was at her best to the end.

Sincere thank you to the staff, Romayne, Monica, Nikki, Norma, Caroline, Mary, Milena, Amanda and the rest of the caring team in Golden Pond at Hillsdale for their tenderness and love shown to Vera and family.
