SMITH, Janet Marie – Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, March 20th, 2017 in her 72nd year. Beloved wife of Daniel Nadeau. Loving mother of Shelly Smith (Mark Creelman). Adored grandmother of Jacob and Joshua Ball. Cherished sister of Doris McAllister and Clifford Matton. Predeceased by husband Don Smith (2004) and parents Edward and Mary (Materna) Matton. Janet will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends and all who knew her. All will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, on Sunday, March 26th, 2017 from 10:30A.M. until time of Service at 12:30P.M. Cremation and interment at Little Lake Cemetery to follow at a later date. In memory of Janet, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
