I was shocked and saddened to hear of Scott's passing. I oversaw his apprenticeship at the IBEW, where he was a standout. He was quiet, pleasant and respectful, willingly taking responsibility for all the tasks required of him as he worked toward becoming a journeyman electrician. I jokingly told him once that if I had 100 apprentices like him, my job would've been a dream. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and a fine young man. I am terribly sorry for your loss.
