Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Audrey (nee McKay). Loving father of Len and his wife Anne, Marilyn Giacalone and her husband Leo, Ken and the late Ralph. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Bryan, Adam and Giuseppe. Great grandfather to 2 beautiful girls Isabella and Faith. Also sadly missed by Lesli, Amy, and Molly. Predeceased by his siblings Cliff, Jean, Everett and Mary Lucas. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at PARK STREET BAPTIST CHURCH (16 Park Street North Peterborough) on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Reception in the Park Street Baptist Church Hall. Interment Norwood Cemetery on Saturday, October 22, 2016. In memory of Bill, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE (2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough).
