My deepest condolences to the family of Art. For many years I worked with Art at the training school and took some night school courses at the university with him. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional with a great sense of humour and a special way with young people. His former co-workers will be saddened by his loss as well. May he rest in peace.

Art was a true gentleman. A warm, compassionate human being.
He was a wonderful boss to each and every staff person under his strong, calm, supportive leadership.
Art was truly respected and loved by all who worked with him. The youth under his care had a strong respect for Mr. Evans.
They recognized how knowledgeable, fair, open and direct, Mr Evan's was; in each and every situation presented to him.
Everyone knew Art was someone who was always available to give support , direction and would resolve issues in a calm, solution focused manner.
Art is always remembered by those who had the good fortune to have known him,
with warm, positive, affectionate, memories. I know all of Art's family will miss him tremendously ....may the knowledge of all Art was to so many ease some of the loss. Prayers & thoughts are with you.
Art thanks for being you and leaving such warm memories for so many.
